The ATVL: A Pioneering Process for Innovation

The American Technology Venture Lab (ATVL) at the George Dean Johnson, Jr. College of Business and Economics is a vibrant process for nurturing early-stage science and technology ventures. The ATVL includes four one-day sessions and eight-week intervals of dedicated mentoring and support, ensuring tailored guidance for each venture.

Hosted at "The George” the ATVL is more than a program; it’s a commitment to innovation and growth. It’s where experienced mentors, investors, and corporate leaders collaborate to guide budding ventures, ensuring their evolution and success. This structured approach not only enhances the probability of success for these ventures but also significantly contributes to the economic prosperity of the Upstate region.

This process attracts support from corporate, economic development, and philanthropic funders, underlining the mutual benefits of innovation, community growth, and economic enhancement. Join the ATVL journey at "The George,” a beacon for structured, collaborative, and transformative innovation support.
